有些人愛在人多的地方引起注意，人越多就越愛表現，我們稱之為「人來瘋」，英文可說：He acts crazy when there are people around. 或者He likes to be the center of attention when there are people around. 這裡的 the center of attention 便是「注意力的焦點」。對於喜歡受人注目的人，還可形容他：He always wants the spotlight.，spotlight 是「聚光燈；注目的焦點」之意。

A：I’m surprised Ivan was so outgoing at the party. Isn’t he really quiet in school?

B：He acts crazy where there’re people around. The more people, the crazier he gets.

A：看不出來艾文在舞會這麼活潑耶。他在學校不是很安靜嗎？

B：他是人來瘋。人越多，他越瘋。
